Meetings:
The meetings will be held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Regular attendance is mandatory.
If you are an officer, you need to be present at the officer meeting which is usually the day before the senior class meeting. This meeting will usually take place on Tuesday, being that the class meeting is on Wednesday. If otherwise,  Laurie, Adrian,  or Ms. Haywood would let you know.


Absences:
An excused absence will be an advanced warning that you will not be able to make it to a meeting/committee event and that you have a replacement. However, if you do have constant excused absences your membership will also be forfeited.
An unexcused absence will be recorded with a warning the first time. The third unexcuse absence will result in termination from the club.

Our constitution:
To rightfully commit to showing up to every meeting and participate in every fundraiser and have an attitude that is rightfully dedicated to keeping the spirits of our club up.

Reentry:
Those who have dismissed themselves from the club will have the opportunity to return. However, it will be a trial membership...if you consistently follow the guidelines of our club you will be readmitted, it will not be decided by you but by the whole club.
Failure to uphold the constitution:
Some meetings may be last minute and it should be to your best effort to show up. Failure to miss one or two meetings will result in a warning. If you miss three meetings that means that you gave up your membership and/or officer title at will and steps will be taken to fill your spot immediately. Committees/Fundraisers, all members are required to sign up to 3 committees and atleast 2 committes for every monthly meeting. If you constantly fail to sign up for committees/fundraisers your club membership will be forfeited at will and steps will be take to fill your spot immediately.
